JCPenney will provide catalog service in Newark, NY through the JCPenney Catalog Service Center located at Secor Home & Hardware, 800 W. Miller Street, Newark. Beginning November 14, customers will be able to satisfy all of their catalog needs at the facility. Operated by Secor Home & Hardware the catalog service center will offer convenient shop-at-home and online catalog ordering services. Customers orders may be picked up at the service center or delivered directly to homes, offices or anywhere in the United States.
